Learn about our bariatric weight loss program and the gastric bypass surgeries we offer. Watching the video is the first step in the bariatric surgery process.

You will need two referrals from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) to move forward with bariatric surgery:
- Bariatric nutrition referral
- Bariatric surgery referral
If you are a Denver Health patient, your PCP can enter both referrals directly into Denver Health's EPIC system.
If you are not a Denver Health patient, your PCP can fax the referrals to 303-602-6234, please put "Attention Bariatric Coordinator."
