School-based Oral Health Program
School-Based Dental Services
Denver Public School students are eligible to receive free preventative oral health services. These services are provided at three of our regional school-based health centers, including Place Bridge Academy, Evie Dennis Campus, Florence Crittenton or Manual Campus; download a map of these oral health locations.
These free preventative services include:
- Dental cleanings
- Dental screenings
- Oral Cancer Screenings
- X-rays
- Fluoride treatments
- Dental sealants
- Education on how to develop and maintain healthy teeth
- Fillings
- Limited dental emergencies
Parents or guardians must sign a consent form for their child to register with the school-based health center (SBHC) to receive these free preventive oral health services.

Dental Sealant Program
Free preventive dental sealant services are provided to Denver Public School students (kindergarten through eighth grade). The services are provided through the mobile division of Denver Health’s school-based dental clinic. These sealant services also include a dental screening and fluoride treatment.
The Dental Sealant Program provides this free service at over 70 Denver Public Schools. Parents or guardians must sign a dental sealant consent form for their child to participate. Contact your student’s school nurse for school participation information.
