New Denver Health Urgent Care Services Offered at Winter Park
December 21, 2018
The new service builds on the comprehensive care already offered at the medical center, which includes emergency care and primary care. Denver Health's Winter Park Medical Center serves Winter Park Resort guests and staff, and the people of Grand County and surrounding mountain communities.
The addition of Urgent Care services means patients who don't need immediate emergency care, but need to see a physician within 24-hours, now have an affordable option at Winter Park.
Patients who arrive at the Denver Health's Winter Park Medical Center for care are sent to either emergency or urgent care depending on their condition.
Urgent Care services include: infections, fever, rashes, sore throats, ear aches, minor injuries and sports injuries.
Primary care services will continue to be offered at the medical center by appointment. To make an appointment with our team of family medicine doctors, internal medicine doctors, sports medicine doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses, call 970-726-4299.
Denver Health's Winter Park Medical Center is open seven days a week during skiing and mountain biking season, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
