Our Team
Allison Maynes, DPT
Originally from Vermont, Allie received a B.S in Exercise Science from the University of Montana and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 2018. Dr. Maynes has practiced as a physical therapist in Grand County for more than five years. Her areas of treatment focus are orthopedic injuries, pelvic floor therapy, pre/postpartum rehab and recovery & rehabilitation from breast cancer.
Lori Myers, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, GCFP
Lori received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from University of Minnesota in 1978 and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2014. She started Alpine Physical Therapy clinics in Fraser and Granby in 1980, provided home health for Grand County for 30 years, was manager for Howard Head Sports Medicine and currently a physical therapist for eight years with Denver Health in Fraser. Her specialties are in orthopedics, sports and the Feldenkrais Method with a passion for helping clients improve movement patterns to increase mobility and stability, reduce pain, improve balance and performance. She loves to do PT service trips to Spanish speaking countries.
Nina Healy, OT, CHT
Nina Healy is an Occupational Therapist and the only Certified Hand Therapist in Grand County, specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation. From mountain biking accidents to ski injuries to slips and falls and overuse conditions, we are equipped to provide comprehensive upper extremity care.
Sarah Tey, PT, DPT
Sarah earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine at Colorado State University and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado. She is passionate about helping people of all ages and ability levels achieve their health goals in our mountain community. She has an equally strong background in neuromuscular and orthopedic rehabilitation and uses this combination to treat with a holistic approach. She is certified in Dry Needling and concussion/vestibular rehabilitation. She also works as a Physical Therapist for the U.S. Paralympic Ski and Snowboard Teams and travels internationally as medical support for these athletes. In her free time, she pursues her own athletic goals as an avid mountain bike racer and backcountry skier.
