We help people get moving again! 

Our team is proud to include Grand County’s most experienced and highly respected physical and occupational therapists. We’re here to deliver the expert, specialized care you need to get moving again.

We are conveniently located on U.S. Highway 40 in Fraser. Free parking is available on site.

Allison Maynes, PT, DPT

Primary Specialty: Orthopedics and pelvic health

  • Bachelor of Science, Exercise Science, University of Montana 2013 

Hobbies/interests: Downhill skiing, XC skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, reading, and absolutely anything that includes my dogs! 

Special clinical interest: Post op orthopedics, sports rehab, prepartum/postpartum women's health, pelvic floor, and breast cancer rehabilitation. 

 

Sarah Tey, PT, DPT

Lori Myers, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, GCFP
