We often second guess, regret or doubt our decisions regardless of the magnitude of the decision.  This class will help sort through why we struggle with decisions and provide awareness, insight and skills to aid us in the process of decision making.

Objectives:

  1. Recognize the multiple layers of influence and dynamics involved in making any decision.
  2. Learning the components of choices.
  3. Learning the skills and strengths needed to implement or act on those choices with clarity and integrity.
