The Immunization Clinic has provided vaccines to children and adults since 1986. The Clinic brings together a team of specialists in the field of childhood and adult immunizations, infectious diseases, research and other related specialties.
The Denver Public Health Immunization Clinic is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive immunization services to children and families, under the direction of Judith C. Shlay, MD, MSPH.
About Us
Our clinic offers a variety of vaccines for children, adults, and travelers on a walk-in basis. Appointments are not required. We are located at 605 Bannock St, 1st floor and are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays. We accept cash, personal checks and VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Children's Vaccines
The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program provides vaccines to eligible (on Medicaid, have no insurance or are Native American/Alaska Native) children 18 years of age and under, following the ACIP/AAP/AAFP pediatric immunization recommendations. As participants in the VFC program, eligible children receive vaccines at $12 per shot, $48 maximun per child. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or person who has the authority to give consent (a step-parent, adult relative of first or second degree kinship, or an adult child care provider who has care and control of the minor). Please bring the child's current immunization record to the visit.
