The Traumatic Brain Injury Lab completes ongoing research projects that include the investigation of how to modulate the secondary neuroinflammatory response after trauma as well as how to control the extent of posttraumatic bleeding in the injured brain. Long-term projects are aimed at elucidating in scientific details the role of associated orthopaedic injuries and the impact of their management strategy for TBI patients.
