Established in 1969, the Sam Sandos Westside Health Center is the largest clinic in Denver Health's CHS system and provides comprehensive primary and preventive care including management of chronic diseases for patients of all ages.
This clinic includes primary care services for infants, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Additional services include a dental clinic, medical laboratory and pharmacy.
