As of today, Denver Public Health has received less than 30% of the H1N1 vaccine it ordered and anticipated receiving from the Centers for Disease Control, therefore all but two H1N1 public vaccination clinics will be postponed until further notice.
Denver Health believes that there is enough vaccine to hold public vaccination clinics on two dates in November; however vaccine recipients will be restricted to pregnant women, children under the age of 18, and health care workers who present with their health care photo ID.
Clinics are scheduled for:
- Sunday, November 8, Eastside Family Health Center and Westside Family Health Center, from 8 a.m. until available supply is exhausted.
- Saturday, November 21, Eastside Family Health Center and Westside Family Health Center, from 8 a.m. until available supply is exhausted.
These scheduled clinics are based on vaccine allotment received from the CDC.
All of the other previously scheduled clinics (17) will be postponed until sufficient vaccine is received from the CDC. Please continue to visit the Denver Health Web site and call the Denver Health Flu Line (303-436-6100), for rescheduled dates, times and locations.
