Pediatric Emergency Care Services

In addition to providing care for more minor illnesses, our staff has the expertise and resources in place to care for emergency injuries and illnesses, where your child requires immediate care.

Children are unique individuals and are affected by health conditions on a much higher level than adults. A high fever could be life-threatening, and broken bones need treatment right away – that’s why we are here to help.

Some of the Emergency conditions that we treat include, but are not limited to:

• Appendicitis
• Asthma-related problems
• Broken/fractured bones
• Croup 
• Dehydration 
• Head injuries (Concussions and other injuries)
• Poisoning
• Sprains, strains and tears
• Severe Vomiting
• Severe injuries or trauma

The walk-in entrance is accessible through the main Denver Health Pavilion A entrance, which is located on the circle drive off of Delaware Street between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue.

Valet parking is available on weekdays for $5 per car.
