Denver Health has received the Top 100 Most Wired Hospitals Award for information technology use, according to the 2010 Most Wired Survey and Benchmarking Survey in the July issue of Hospitals & Health Networks magazine, the journal of the American Hospital Association.
This is the fifth time Denver Health has received this prestigious award.The survey focuses on how the nation’s hospitals use information technology for quality, customer service, public health and safety, business processes and work force issues.
Hospitals & Health Networks conducted the 2009 survey in cooperation with American Hospital Association, McKesson Corp. and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. The July Hospitals & Health Networks cover story with survey results is available at www.hhnmag.com.
