LEAN at Denver Health Gemba Visit
1.5 Days | Cost: $500 per person
Gemba is the Japanese word which translated means "where the work is done." This educational opportunity is designed to view "LEAN in the Gemba." We will visit clinical and non-clinical areas to observe LEAN in action and discuss LEAN activities and results, lesson learned, and the effect on the culture with front-line staff and leaders actually "in the Gemba." Leading the LEAN Transformation Site Visit
1.5 Days | Cost: $500 per person
Our LEAN site visit is designed to give a view of LEAN from the executive, management, and front-line staff perspective of Denver Health's LEAN journey, which is now in its seventh year. Specific areas of focus can be customized for each class, so please let us know your particular interest ahead of time; we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. LEAN Training for Practitioners
4.5 Days | Cost: $3,500 per person or $3,000 per person with 4 or more attendees from same organization
Designed for LEAN practitioners who will actually be "doing lean," this multi -day, "hands-on" workshop is for adult learners who want to learn more about the LEAN principles and tools, and their application in clinical and non-clinical settings. Additional workshops are also available, which are focused in areas based on the participant’s main interest.
