LEAN course fees vary by workshop. Visit our workshop overview to learn more and to see individual course fees. Group discounts are offered to groups of four or more from the same organization.

Our LEAN opportunities are designed to accommodate the full spectrum of LEAN organizations--from those that are just barely considering a cultural change and a LEAN journey, right up to those well advanced upon the transformation continuum.

6. Where do LEAN training workshops take place?
Classroom activities are conducted on campus at the Rita Bass Trauma and EMS Education Institute, a state-of-the-art educational facility conveniently located on the main campus of Denver Health in Denver, Colorado. Hands-on sessions take place in clinical and non-clinical settings throughout the Denver Health campus.

7. What is LEAN Systems Improvement at Denver Health?
LEAN Systems Improvement (LSI) at Denver Health is the core team of LEAN Facilitators and LEAN Trainers who lead the systematic approach of LEAN deployment enterprise-wide, including curriculum and training of the LEAN methodology utilized by Denver Health.

8. What is the LEAN Academy at Denver Health cancellation policy?
A cancellation notice received more than four weeks (20 business days) before the event will result in a full refund. A cancellation received less than four weeks (20 business days) before the event will result in the event participant being responsible for full payment of the invoiced amount.

Example: For an event on Oct. 29, 2010, if a cancellation notice is not received by 5 p.m. (PST) on Oct. 1, 2010, payment of the full invoiced amount will be required.

Cancellation of participants is not available for a registration that is received less than four weeks before the event date. Substitutions will be accepted at any time before the start of the event.
