The American Heart Association’s CPR and AED courses for community training are offered online or in a classroom setting.
The AHA's BLS courses reinforce healthcare professionals' understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, performing basic steps of CPR, relieving choking, using an AED, and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival.
Healthcare professionals who respond to cardiovascular emergencies in and out of the hospital enhance their treatment knowledge and skills through the AHA's ACLS training courses.
