Financial Counselors

Financial counselors can assist with establishing payment plans for hospital bills, help our customers understand costs, and provide advice about all of the options that are available to help patients pay their bills.

Financial counselors may refer customers to the Enrollment Services Department of Denver Health, where enrollment specialists will screen customers to see if they qualify for medical assistance programs or other discount programs provided by Denver Health.
