Birth Certificates

 We issue certificates for any birth within the state of Colorado from 1905 to the present.

Fees

1st certified copy: $17.75
Additional certified copies -
(ordered at the same time for the same person):		 $10.00 each

Additional Charges

Handling fee for credit card orders: $10.00
UPS Overnight fee for rush orders: $19.00

Eligibility

You may obtain copies of birth certificates if you have proof of your relationship:

  • Self
  • Father
  • Mother
  • Grandparent
  • Sibling
  • Spouse
  • Adult child
  • Step-parent
  • Grandchild
  • Legal guardian

To prove your relationship, we can accept:

  • Birth certificates
  • Marriage certificates
  • Guardianship paperwork

To order a birth certificate using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA, please have your card available and call 303-602-3669. Your order will be processed through and independent company that we have partnered with to provide you this service; VitalChek Network, Inc.
