In-School Immunization Project

The Flea, Fly, Flu program provides immunizations to children in their schools during the 2012-2013 school year. Denver Health and Denver Public Schools are teaming up to conduct these seasonal flu shot clinics in 15 local elementary schools.

Written consent (English, Spanish) and health questionnaire (English, Spanish) are needed for a student to participate in this program.

The student's insurance provider will be billed for all vaccinations and the cost of administering the vaccines. All students, regardless of insurance, are eligible to participate.

 

The Teen Vaccine Jam program provides immunizations to children in their schools during the 2012-2013 school year. Denver Health and Denver Public Schools are teaming up to conduct vaccine clinics in 4 local middle schools.

This program is intended to provide all age appropriate, adolescent vaccines to students attending the 4 target schools. Written consent (English, Spanish) and a health questionnaire (English, Spanish) are needed for a student to participate in this program.
