The Lean Academy at Denver Health provides numerous LEAN training workshops to accommodate your needs.

Leading the LEAN Transformation Site Visit

1.5 Days | Cost: $500 per person | Register Online

Our LEAN site visit is designed to give a view of LEAN from the executive, management and front-line staff perspective of Denver Health's LEAN journey, which is now in its seventh year. Specific areas of focus can be customized for each class, so please let us know your particular interest ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The goal of this visit is to give you and your team insight into what we've done, how we've done it, measurable results and the lessons learned along our journey. Learn what to expect in our "Leading the LEAN Transformation Site Visit" sample agenda.

Important Note:There is a minimum enrollment for this site visit of 5 participants. If we do not reach 5 registrants, the visit will be cancelled and registrants will be enrolled in a future workshop date.

LEAN Training for Practitioners

4.5 Days | Cost: $3,500 per person or $3,000 per person with 4 or more attendees from same organization | Register Online

Designed for LEAN practitioners who will actually be "doing lean," this multi -day, "hands-on" workshop is for adult learners who want to learn more about the LEAN principles and tools, and their application in clinical and non-clinical settings. Additional workshops are also available, which are focused in areas based on the participant’s main interest.

Interactive Training - LEAN Event Week Workshop

Program Length and Cost Vary | Shadow an RIE, RPE, VSA or VVSA | Gemba Visit

Participate in an exclusive event as an active team member and witness Lean thinking in action. Become a part of Lean at Denver Health during an internal event focused on improving our organization. These limited-availability workshops are for participants interested in hands-on learning and applying Lean to improve actual processes.
