What is the LEAN Academy at Denver Health cancellation policy?
A cancellation notice received more than four weeks (20 business days) before the event will result in a full refund. A cancellation received less than four weeks (20 business days) before the event will result in the event participant being responsible for full payment of the invoiced amount.
Example: For an event on Oct. 29, 2010, if a cancellation notice is not received by 5 p.m. (PST) on Oct. 1, 2010, payment of the full invoiced amount will be required.
Cancellation of participants is not available for a registration that is received less than four weeks before the event date. Substitutions will be accepted at any time before the start of the event.
